Tiered verification that scales with what you actually need
Every merchant is verified before they can accept payments, with additional checks required as they move toward higher-volume plans.
Custody model
Non-custodial settlement
Confirmed payments settle to your internal balance and out to your own configured wallet - funds are never pooled in a shared balance you don't control.
Your keys, your payouts
You set the destination wallet for withdrawals. Vaeloq never has standing access to move funds anywhere else.
Tiered KYC verification
Verification requirements scale with plan and risk.
Free plan
Baseline identity
Pro plan
Individual identity
Enterprise plan
Full business verification
Tier 3 is required only when a merchant is being moved to the Enterprise plan - Free and Pro merchants are never asked for business or ownership documents. Every Tier 2 and Tier 3 submission is reviewed by an administrator before approval. PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screening at Tier 3 is a self-attested disclosure reviewed by our team, not an automated check against a live external database.
Platform safeguards
Non-custodial by default
Each payment settles to your own configured wallet, not a pooled account.
Signed webhooks
Every webhook delivery is HMAC-signed so you can verify it actually came from us.
Admin-reviewed verification
A human reviews every identity and business document before approval - no automatic pass-through.
API key scoping
Rotate or revoke API keys at any time from your dashboard without affecting your account.
